   "The Ontario government [] integrated service hubs province-wide to address the gaps in the province’s youth service system. These hubs will specifically target the needs of youth aged 12-25 as fully integrated “one-stop-shops” for mental health, substance use, primary care, education/employment/training, housing and other community and social services. These new hubs will also include peer services, outreach, and system navigation services. Services will emphasize quality and will be timely, integrated and co-located."
