   1. Are these classes online?

Yes. Virtual Conversation Classes are held online

2. Can I attend both classes?(two classes per month)

No. Students can only attend 1 Virtual Conversation Class each month.

3. Do I need to be in front of a computer or will someone call me for the VCC?

To participate students have to be at a computer or a mobile device like a phone or tablet. Students also have to have an Internet connection and a computer headset with a microphone (if using a desktop computer or laptop computer.)

4. Can I get the presentation?

Yes. When requested the presentation slides can be sent to students who attended a Virtual Conversation Class.

5. I am working at that time, can I join later?

No. Students need to be punctual and be ready for class when it starts.

6. I forgot to attend, but can I watch a video of the class?

No. Students can only participate by attending a class when it is taught.

7. Do I need to open my Skype for this class?

No. Virtual Conversation Classes are taught using Adobe Connect.

8. Is it my teacher who will call me for the VCC?

Your regular teacher may not be your Virtual Conversation Class teacher.

9. I am no longer a LINC home study student but I signed up for the class and I want to attend.

No. Only students enrolled in the LINC Home Study program can participate in a Virtual Conversation Class

10. Do I need to study for the VCC?

Students may be given handouts to review before a Virtual Conversation Class. Please take the time to read the handouts before class so you are prepared.
